If you have a specific project you'd like completed on time and on budget, we have a long history and proven track record in managing complex projects in a wide range of fields.

 

Most recently, we developed and managed the Shetland MRI Scanner Appeal. This was a great project to work on as it involved not only developing the brand and all marketing materials but also leading the fantastic community of volunteers. The project has now been handed over to a Fundraising Manager employed by the NHS.

 

We managed the development of a business improvement district (BID) for Lerwick town centre. The initial documentation we created was adopted by BID Scotland as the good practice guide for other areas to follow when developing a BID. We were then contracted to manage the Lerwick town centre BID, including  administration, finance, marketing and the delivery of a diverse range of projects within the business plan for the five year term. We also prepared all the renewal documentation and took the BID through another successful ballot before handing the fully planned project over to a new manager.
